Morgan Kawamura is a first-year doctoral student in the Experimental and Applied Psychological Sciences program, emphasizing in sociobehavioral epidemiology. Before attending Utah State University, she earned a dual degree in psychological and criminal justice at Boise State University. Morgan works under the guidance of Dr. Ginger Lockhart in the Prevention Science Lab and has primary research interests in adolescent deviant behaviors and bonds to social institutions. She also has growing interest in mediation and moderation analysis. In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, cooking, exploring, and spending time with friends and family.
