Cassity is a first year student in the School Psychology EdS program at Utah State University. She joined USU after graduating with a B.S. in Psychology and minor in Child Development from Weber State University. Her research interests include emotion identification interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and how these interventions affect social outcomes for children with ASD. She is currently working with Dr. Maryellen McClain-Verdoes in the School Psychology Research Lab. In her free time, Cassity enjoys reading for pleasure, hiking, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
