Sara Doutre is a doctoral student in the sociobehavioral epidemiology emphasis of the EAPS program at Utah State University. She received a Bachelor's degree from USU in Special and Elementary Education and a Master's degree from The George Washington University in Education Policy Studies. She is conducting research with Dr. Karl White on outcomes for children with disabilities including infants and toddlers with hearing loss and their families. Other research interests include congenital cytomegalovirus and disproportionality by race and ethnicity in special education.
