Biography

Amanda is a third year doctoral student in the Combined Clinical, Counseling and School Psychology Ph.D. program at Utah State University. Prior to attending USU, she received two Bachelor's degrees from Missouri State University- in Psychology and Philosophy. She currently works with Dr. Renee Galliher in the Rural/Multicultural emphasis. Her primary research interests include multicultural psychology, ethnic identity development, LGBTQIA psychosocial health, and alcohol and substance abuse. Amanda loves all things outdoors and spends her free time hiking, camping, traveling, snowboarding, trail running, and rock climbing.
