Biography

Felicia is a first year doctoral student in the combined Clinical and Counseling Psychology Ph.D. program at Utah State University.  Prior to attending USU, Felicia earned her B.S. in Psychology as well as a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.  She has served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for the last nine years.  Following a deployment from 2011-2012, Felicia became interested in the protective and adverse effects surrounding PTSD including, but not limited to, military sexual trauma (MST), resilience, marital distress, depression, and suicidal ideation.  She works in Dr. Rebecca Blais’ lab.  In her spare time, Felicia enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her dog, drinking coffee, camping, and traveling.  The picture to the right is of Felicia and her dog, Luci.
