I am currently Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology where I am affiliated with the graduate emphasis in Quantitative Psychology. I teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in quantitative methodology and statistics.
My primary research interests are in structural equation modeling and psychometrics, specifically in latent variable models for analyzing variability and change and models for multitrait-multimethod (MTMM) data. I also study individual differences in spatial abilities and how these relate to gender differences, solution strategies, and sex hormones.
